Grandma’s Classics with Chef Matt

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to meet another great gang of students at my Grandma’s Classics cooking class. We made Ceasar salad, Sunday gravy with meatballs, and Chicken Milanese. Everyone had a wonderful time, and hopefully took home the knowledge to produce these iconic Italian-American dishes at home.
